The best decision we made when we bought our new home in San Antonio was to have Jose build our pool in our backyard. Not only do we love the pool but so does our entire family. We almost had a disaster on our hands on an eve of a deep freeze in San Antonio. After coming back from a family trip, we found our pool pump was off, even though it should’ve been on according to the timer. We quickly called around asking someone for assistance on short notice. We were given Jose’s contact number from Pool Mart. Over the phone, Jose was able determine the problem (which was the capacitor going out) and walked us through of jumpstarting the pump so that it will be on during the freeze. Jose was very polite and knowledgeable. His quick thinking and assisting us in getting the pump working helped saved us from a potential disaster during a freeze that could’ve caused damage to the equipment and pipes. I recommend Jose to help anyone in need and will definitely contact him again in the future.
